Sales Coordinator – Fluency in both English and Spanish essential

Job position: Entry Level / Type of work: Sales

Job Purpose
The role will primarily ensure the smooth coordination of various tasks for the Global Sales and any necessary relevant support for worldwide group. Such support will include assisting with customer service, sales support, some customer sales interaction, and marketing support for an international team based locally in Barcelona and globally.
They will work closely with each team towards the achievement of company and client goals, ensuring support is effectively provided.
The role holder will be backed by individuals within Creditinfo that are supportive and collaborative and can provide a wealth of experience and expert knowledge to help the role holder successfully achieve their own goals.

Responsibilities

Daily coordination of all administrative tasks including but not limited to:

  • Database Management; inputting, editing and maintaining up-to-date information.
  • Presentation Materials; creating presentations based on provided text within company brand guidelines
  • Market Research; collating and finding information online – from statistics, quotes, contact information, etc.
  • Distribution of sales/technical documentation.
  • Identifying and distributing leads to sales staff
  • Supporting sales teams in coordination and sales follow-up
  • Actively using the CRM
  • Provide Executive Assistance
  • Communication:
    – Interact and act as a bridge between various internal departments and external parties to resolve customer and sales related questions and problems.
    – Ensure that questions and requests that arise are directed to the correct place internally for resolution and that they are escalated if required.
    – Liaise and develop relationships with customers and other stakeholders such as Regional Managers and Country Managers and Group Shared Services and serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve any matters with other teams.
    – Set up online conference calls and meetings (Skype, WebEx, etc.)
  • Marketing & Advertising internal & external; in coordination with Group Marketing &/or Group HR
  • Ensure optimal customer service experience at every client (internal & external) interaction by taking personal ownership, working to resolve questions and problems independently, delivering a personal service which exceeds customer expectations.
  • Translation/Interpretation: translate documents into/from Spanish/English and assist team with communication with Spanish speaking clients and providers.
  • Other duties of similar responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Proven skills within administration and customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate and maintain a professional demeanour at all times with all levels of personnel and customers.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, able to respond to any enquiries via telephone or computer.
  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook is vital, with a good familiarity of Web (WordPress will be an advantage), social media plus MailChimp and Survey Monkey or similar.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Highly organised and task oriented.
  • A creative flair and good critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a multi-cultural team.
  • Self-confident and decisive with a high level of personal impact.
  • Credibility in communicating at all levels internally and externally.
  • Highly motivated and self-starting.
  • Ideally, a Bachelor’s Degree Administration, Business, Marketing or related field
  • Exceptional command written and verbal of English and Spanish languages mandatory. Other languages beneficial.
