JOB PURPOSE
Creditinfo is looking for an energetic and experienced person to take on the role of Head of Project Management Office (PMO). Reporting directly to the to the Director of Information Solutions at Creditinfo Group, the Head of PMO will lead a team of project and liaison (account) managers and work with them to manage the portfolio of projects and internal clients.
The Head of PMO will closely cooperate with both clients and IT delivery, Creditinfo’s senior management and other stakeholders to deliver successful software delivery projects around the world. Responsibilities of the PMO team include; delivery of projects from beginning to end (requirement gathering, scoping, preparation, planning, execution, stakeholder management and follow up) and supporting our internal clients around the world to identify opportunities for growth and definition of roadmaps for deliveries of new products or functionalities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Management of the project and liaison (account) management team:
o Assign responsibilities for all projects and with internal clients
o Set individual KPIs of the team and follow up on performance
o Discuss compensations with team members in line with directions from line manager
• Supervision of all projects and deliveries that are carried out within the group, timely preparation of work, setting up priorities from the point of view of the company and client needs.
• Setting and following up KPIs on project portfolio performance.
• Follow up of client profitability and proposing steps needed based on the results obtained.
• Working with the team to define 12-month rolling country roadmaps for internal clients
• Project portfolio management, incl. reporting of key projects to internal stakeholders
• Project management process ownership. Managing our methodologies for how we manage projects and support our internal clients.
• Ensuring that projects are delivered according to Creditinfo’s standard and participating in steering groups for our key projects around the world
• Manage the Executive project board where projects are approved and prioritized with involvement from the senior management team
• Represent PMO on regular half-year audits.
• Internal sales process ownership and CRM coordination

REQUIREMENTS
• University degree in engineering, computer science, business or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience from management of teams and/or projects
• Project management certificate is an advantage
• Experience from the finance or credit bureau industry is an advantage
• Exceptional leadership, strategic and relationship skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• The ability to:
o Identify and analyze business opportunities
o Mentor and guide colleagues in terms of project management
o Successfully collaborate with and influence senior executives
o Work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail
o Work effectively and collaboratively in a matrix environment
o Develop and articulate strategy and vision
