A Line of Business (LOB) is defined as a Business Unit that manages a product line that is relevant for the Group or has the potential to become so in multiple countries.

LOB responsibilities range from strategic planning to functional analysis of new features, to roadmap of go-to-market planning, costing & pricing strategy, pre-sales and support to Sales team so as to close deals or prepare RFPs.

The Global Product manager (or GPM) for Decision Engine and Automated Processing System (APS) will provide leadership and focus in defining, launching and managing other products and services to achieve business and product goals. He/she will identify companies for partnerships and alliances as may be applicable.

The successful candidate – will be responsible for product strategy, market requirements, commercial justification, efficiency-analysis, development, roll-out to each of Creditinfo’s markets, pre-sales support to Region Managers and revenue achievement. This individual will be globally recognized and trusted as the product expert for Decision Engine and Automated Processing System (APS) by Creditinfo’s Global Sales Team, country managers and delivery personnel, and work closely with them towards the achievement of goals.

He/she will work closely with Global Operations & IT to ensure market requirements are incorporated in the products and that the products are developed in a way that they can be reused in as many Creditinfo markets as possible. He/she will support Global or Global business line revenue goals through the development of value propositions that match market needs.

Travelling required.


The GPM will be responsible for Decision Engine and Automated Processing System (APS) globally. The GPM will be responsible for the following tasks within the product group:

  • Supervision of all development that is carried out in the development units (e.g. CIS) and product launches
    • Receive standardized reports from project managers at the development units
    • Distribute information about project progress within the management team of Creditinfo Group
  • Set product strategies and vision
  • Make sure the products can be reused and the development is aligned with the product strategy
  • Define a 12-month rolling roadmap
  • Supports Global markets in pre-sale, train sales people and educate them on product positioning, differentiation and key features
  • Participate in project prioritization – bring project ideas to executive project board
  • Manage and distribute presentation material, documentation, designs and product description
  • Be on top of innovation and new development within the field of products in other companies
  • Identify and analyze new opportunities within the field of products
  • Setting product pricing strategies


  • Established industry knowledge and expert understanding of Decision Analytics and Credit Bureau Solutions
  • Several years of experience within product and/or project management
  • The ability to:
    • Identify and analyze business opportunities
    • Develop and manage product pricing strategies
    • Negotiate commercial contracts
    • Support sales team in important sales
    • Successfully collaborate with and influence senior executives
    • Work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail
    • Work effectively and collaboratively in a complex, matrix environment
    • Develop and articulate strategy and vision
    • Develop deep technical expertise across a series of products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Capable of presenting at industry conferences
  • Very strong problem-solving ability
  • Highly motivated and self-starting
  • Very good consultancy skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business or related field
  • Good command written and verbal of English language mandatory Other languages beneficial
  • Be based and eligible to work in or willing to relocate to Prague, Czechia.
  • Flexible to travel (approx. 40% of time)
