Financial Controller – Creditinfo Baltics

We are looking for an energetic and experienced person to take on the role of Baltic financial controller. Reporting directly to the Regional manager of Northern Europe and the Chief Financial Officer of Creditinfo Group through our matrix structure, the financial controller will be responsible for all financial processes, accounting and reporting. The Financial Controller will be a part of our senior management team in the Baltics and work closely with other managers, Group finance and other stakeholders to ensure that our financial processes support the business according to best practices. We are working in a fast paced and innovative, yet regulated environment and our infrastructure needs to support that. The Financial Controller will be responsible for: Job description

  • Defining and setting up financial processes across our Baltic offices
  • Management of the financial teams in each office
  • Management of outsourcing of financial processes and communication with auditors
  • Revenue and cost monitoring
  • Planning and budgets
  • Set up and manage the reporting structure for financial reporting, and follow-up performance against budget, financial and operational goals.
  • Identifying and analyzing opportunities for improvement
  • Monitoring and controlling the flow of cash receipts and disbursements to meet the business and investment needs and Group policies
  • Ensuring that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times
  • Produce ad hoc financial analysis as requested


  • University degree in accounting, business or related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience and a proven track record in financial management
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic and relationship skills
  • Excellent in oral and written communication in his/her native language and English
  • The ability to:

o Develop and manage financial processes and the tools to support them
o Successfully collaborate with and influence senior executives
o Work with deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
o Work effectively and collaboratively in a complex environment o Develop and articulate strategy and vision
