Business Systems Analyst

Job Purpose
Business Systems Analyst create an overall solution concept and oversee the development of a company’s systems/applications. As a specialist has both business and technical expertise and is responsible for handling needs assessments incl. cost/benefit analysis to align the technology of the company with their business strategies. Business Systems Analyst receives business needs from various stakeholders incl. top management, solicit product and enhancement requirements from end users and must be able to convert the requests from all of them into a workable solution to present it to technology staff.


  • Analyze and define customization/improvements/integration of business-critical internal business applications (mainly on Microsoft collaboration platform);
  • Expand key internal business apps: Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure DevOps and more;
  • Challenge all internal assumptions/requirements/specifications and analyze them;
  • Assist with design/improvement of group processes through design of internal business apps;
  • Communicate with business apps stakeholders (on all company levels incl. top management);
  • Collaborate with Developer(s) and System administrator(s) to deliver and support stable business collaboration platform for whole CI Group (450 users);
  • Test and document all implemented changes and help to prepare end-user manuals.


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience on a similar position
  • IT background as an analyst/tester with at least basic knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of at least some MS cloud technologies (O365, VSTS, MS Azure…)
  • Overview of available apps on the market for each part of business operations
  • Knowledge of MS O365 Security & Compliance center is a great benefit
  • Ability to translate business requirements to technical ones and vice versa
  • Good communication skills and fluent English & Czech, willingness to travel occasionally.
