Business Support Systems Administrator

Job Purpose

Internal Systems Administrator manages, maintains, and improves setup of internal all business-critical systems (mostly Microsoft based) to meet defined needs and processes.

He/she is mainly responsible for overseeing and actively participating in migration project: onboarding other Creditinfo offices to MS Office 365 environment.

  • Office 365 cloud environment
  • Exchange Online
  • SharePoint Online
  • MS Teams
  • Endpoint device management – MS Endpoint Manager (Intune)
  • Creation of app packages for Windows 10 devices
  • Monitoring devices
  • Update management
  • Active Directory & Azure Active Directory co-existence
  • Antivirus solution – central administration
  • Participating in migration projects
  • Office 365 to another Office 365 tenant migration
  • SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online
  • Management of Azure DevOps, Dynamics 365
  • Supporting currently running systems on L2 / L3 level
  • Creating internal systems documentation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrating Office 365 services and MS Azure
  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
  • Experience with system migration projects
  • Excellent technical and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps is a plus
